24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that the vast majority of the patients at Liverpool Chiropractic Clinic attend their appointments or give us plenty of notice if they cannot make one. Missed appointments and late cancellations not only affect your own progress but can also cause inconvenience for other patients who are desperate to see their chiropractor but couldn’t get an appointment.
Currently, the clinic is very busy and appointments are limited, thus patients sometimes have to wait a week or so for an appointment.
Please give the clinic 24 hours notice, so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.
We recognise that situations arise where it is not always possible, Unfortunately, due to the number of late cancellations or no shows we are receiving, we have had to impose a mandatory late cancellation fee.
Late Cancellation = 1/2 the appointment fee.
No Show = Full Fee of the missed appointment.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused but we would like to limit the time wasted that could be used to help those who need it.
